Hello Dear readers, , My last article was about fear and in that article,I said that "Anger stems from Fear"...and this is true for some anger,I have chosen to write about the anger that doesnt derive from fear, the anger that swells within in our chests when we are Enraged. Now some of you may never have experienced outright Rage, for that, you should consider yourself blessed with an ability to control such Rage without much effort. For some of us though,RAGE can consume us within minutes, and last for several hours...several hours of spewing profanities, and attempting to annihilate some inanimate objects into oblivion, knowing full well that the object you so wish to destroy, will NOT be destroyed,it will last long beyond your maladjusted emotional outburst. This is the anger I write of today, and hopefully will shine some light on how those who suffer from this type of outburst, may be able to control these outlandish exploits, and save them selves sometime and wasted energy learning this the hard way!! I,myself, suffered greatly from....lets call them 'Embarrasing Outbursts'....these "E.O's"...cost me relationships and respect,How can one be repected,if one is prone to "E.O's"???? So I learned the hard way, that "E.O.'s" show the inability to maintain your composure, and that,in the end you are not in control of your emotions, and, your emotions are,in fact,in control of you. If you want to be "basically emotionally balanced"....then I would suggest that you learn how to control your emotions,If you start to feel yourself about to lose control, use a couple of guidelines,I myself, have used to by pass the "E.O.'s".....
Now I myself have gone into the "Seathing,Clenched Teeth,Tightened Jaw,spitting while I spoke" mode.....Hurling insults towards individuals who had no idea who I was or what I wanted, and I am sure they thought I may go "postal" on them...and in the end...all I received was embarrassement for acting like a Knob...the key to anger,I think,is...understanding that anger seldom accomplishes anything.Because the light turned yellow then red before the guy ahead of you moved and now your sitting through a red light for a second time when if the guy had went you would be 2 minutes further up the road, and you would have missed the train that you are now stuck behind ,that, for some reason, seems to be acting like they forgot something in the train station because they keep backing up and pulling forward then once again back to the imaginary forgotten item...causing your brain to feel as though your going to have an anurism....I have felt that RAGE...but it never made anything better,no matter what "might" have happened ,"If Only..."....doesnt care. "If Only..." is only for hindsight and although hindsight is always 20/20,you can not go in the direction of hindsight...you can only go in the direction of foresight...so have foresight to see that not all things go as planned,no matter how well planned, and in knowing that anything can happen at anytime...(Chaos Theory)...you may be more apt to control your violent outrage, and seek a better way of dealing with the anger and rage. And thus, finding a contentment within yourself that you never knew existed. . Anger that stems from fear can be just as negative, fear is and always will be a major cause for anger, but sometimes anger is just a knot in your stomach, because of ignorance or rudeness...or both... you feel an anger well up within you, and how you can control, and what you exude, while in those rages or "Emotional Wastelands", can add or take away from your life. The choice is yours........but thats just my opinion~~~Free..
