baby now weighs about 3 pounds and is about 17 inches long from head to toe. The brain is growing rapidly, and the head is getting longer to accommodate it. If you're having a boy, his testicles are moving from their location near the kidneys through the groin on their way to the scrotum. If you're having a girl, her clitoris is relatively prominent because her still-small labia don't yet cover it. you may notice that the baby is gradually dropping. This is called lightening or engagement, and it can feel like anything from increased pressure low in your abdomen to a sensation that the baby's going to fall out. Don't worry  he won't. On the physical health front, breathing and eating may be easier for you now, but walking may be uncomfortable, and you probably feel like you have to pee all the time.
