Pregnancy week 3

A sperm fertilizes the egg. You may notice spotting after the egg implants itself and you will soon start to notice the early signs of pregnancy. Sometime this week or by the end of next week the baby's heart will start beating.

Early signs of pregnancy

• Morning sickness

• Frequent urination

• Thirst

Tips for handling pregnancy symptoms

I have twice had condition that causes severe nausea lasting the entire pregnancy these things helped combat it and apply to normal morning sickness as well

• Keep a glass of juice by the bed at night and sip it when your thirsty. It not only helps keep your body hydrated it keeps your blood sugar up and that helps avoid nausea.

• Eat crackers or dry toast before getting out of bed

• Crackers thought the day help too if your prone to morning noon and night sickness
