Conspiracy Theories

I am not really someone who likes the thought of conspiracy, but, I have heard one that I personally thought was completely laughable. This latest theory involves this site and it's owners.

The conspiracy: That the owners of this site purposely select themselves to win the contests that they hold. Ummmm.....I don't know about anyone else, but to me that has to be the silliest thing I have ever heard! Do these people that believe this have anything better that they can do. Or do they just sit there looking at the computer thinking of ways they can be so totally off the mark we would all think that they are in serious need for professional help?

I am by no means a professional writer but I have entered the contests so far. Both of them as a matter of fact. I didn't get this gig because of my resume!! But I believe the winner of the last contest deserved to win. And if the voters chose her again in this contest I would be the first to congratulate her success again.

Is it jealousy or just plain stupidity that makes people bring up such petty conclusions? Maybe it is immaturity, or probably someone with a low self esteme. Whatever the reason, GET OVER IT!!! If you have that much time to let ideas like that run through your head then you need to take a vacation from anything technical. HELLOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! We are not just talking about figuring out if you are right or wrong, we are talking about why your train of thought is even on those tracks to begin with!

I'm gonna let everyone in on a little knowledge here. The only people who entered the contest that was held in August were people from this site. The audacity that the winner won because of her affiliation holds about as much water as I do after three cups of coffee in the morning. And believe me, if I am lucky enough to hold it for a few seconds that is about the most it lasts. Anyone who won would have been associated with this site.

So I have heard that there are a few more people who have entered this contest this time, all I have to say is good luck to you, as an entrant myself, I am looking forward to seeing your entries.
